Governor Ranguma Launches Borehole Drilling Equipment

After the biting drought few months ago, Governor Ranguma has Acquired a new borehole drilling unit to help in emergency and routine response to water shortage in the County of Kisumu.

The water borehole drilling machine is set to begin work in Seme Sub County next week being that the area has in the past suffered most in terms of water access.

“We continue to improve water access in Seme as a complimentary measure with the Maseno-Kombewa water project kicking off in September 2017,” said The Governor while officially commissioning the unit to begin work.

He continued,

“The people of Kisumu WILL never suffer water scarcity any more now that we have our own driller.”
