As the Social Media Day 2016 will be happening in various cities and locations around the world, the City of Kisumu has also not been left behind. Set to happen tomorrow June 30th 2016 at Prosperity House, County Hall, First Floor, this event is geared to showcase the potential of social media in the city through some of the leading lights in the industry. Coming from various background and interests, the panelists will showcase their experiences, challenges, and applicability of new media in amplifying and promoting your business to reach even a wider global audience through simple online strategies and ideas.
Social media has disrupted how companies, organizations and even individuals do business, interact, engage and showcase their products and services. For a fact, news nowadays breaks on social media, goods and services are bought or sold on social media, new customers are made or lost on social media. It’s a whole new world out here, with so much possibilities and opportunities.
But, they also say that Freedom comes with Responsibility. There is so much freedom with Social Media, question is, how will you use it successfully, and efficiently without stepping on toes, or even rubbing the authorities the wrong way? Come listen to answers to these questions and others in the event tomorrow.
